Our Team
Eliza Kretzmann, Director and Founder: Eliza is passionate about creating spaces and places that uplift and inspire people. She has deep experience in improving public spaces, including as the founding Executive Director of the Railyard Park and Plaza in Santa Fe, leading a DC-based national urban forestry program, serving as a city public art lead, and in place-based programs across New Mexico, the Southwest, New York City, Detroit, and the nation. She holds an MPA in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Studio Art & Environmental Studies from Pitzer College.
Erin Kaczmarowski; Writing, Research and Programs Lead: Erin has a BS in Environmental Science from Northern Arizona University. She has over 5 years of experience working in conservation, with a focus on protecting water in the southwest and areas important to communities. She also has experience in the public art sector, having worked with the City of Flagstaff’s Beautification, Arts, and Sciences program to bolster program capacity and opportunities for local artists. Specific skills include community outreach, research and technical writing, data analysis, and project management.
